Bruce Earl

Bruce L. Earl, beloved husband, father, brother, and friend, passed away at home on July 14, 2026, in Kimberly, Idaho, at the age 82. 

Bruce was the son of the late Clinton and Ilene Earl. He was predeceased by his brother Stanley Earl, his sister Bonnie Henson, grandparents, and in-laws Lloyd and Mildred Lewis. His family roots ran deep in the community and region. 

Bruce spent his early years in Twin Falls, where he developed a love for adventure and people. He never met a stranger whether at home or traveling abroad. His work spanned roles in restaurants, a food processing facility, a janitorial company, school districts, and a hospital. Bruce retired at the age of 66. 

On March 29, 1976, Bruce married the love of his life, Joyce Lewis. Together, they celebrated 50 beautiful years of marriage, a testament to their enduring love and partnership. Bruce is survived by his devoted wife Joyce, his son Richard Earl of Mollala, Oregon, and his loving siblings, Marie Cravens of Filer, Idaho, and Leanne Trappen (Scott) of Kimberly, Idaho. His brother Glen Earl of Twin Falls, Idaho, and sister and brother-in-law Jane and Ken Smith of Boise, Idaho, along with his brother-in-law Steve Henson of Twin Falls, Idaho, and numerous nieces nephews. 

Bruce's life was enriched by his many interests and hobbies. He found joy in the lanes of a bowling alley, the thrill of motorcycle galavanting, and the serenity of atv exploring. Travel, camping, and fishing were among his favorite pastimes. Bruce also enjoyed the occasional wager, finding entertainment and camaraderie in gambling. Bruce possessed a unique ability to make friends wherever he went. He never met a stranger and loved to talk. 

A celebration of Bruce's life will be held on July 20, 2026, at 11:30 a.m. at the Rosenau Funeral Home & Crematory, located at 2826 Addison Ave. E., Twin Falls, ID 83301. Family and friends are invited to gather and honor the life of a man who brought so much joy to others. 

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Bruce's memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or a charity of their choosing. Bruce's legacy will continue to inspire all who knew him and will be dearly missed but never forgotten.
