Carol Ann Miller 84, of Kimberly Idaho, passed away peacefully at home with her family on June 24, 2026. Carol was born at her grandmother’s home in Akron, Colorado on February 20, 1942, to Faye and Jim Blake. Carol was the middle child of eleven and grew up south of Brush, Colorado on the family farm. In 1960, at the age of 18, Carol married Charles Loose. “Chuck” passed away three years later in an oil rig accident. At the age of 21, Carol moved to Buhl, Idaho and attended cosmetology school in Twin Falls. In 1965 she married Everett Miller. Carol and Everett settled in Kimberly, Idaho where together they raised their two children, Misty and Joe. Carol was a devoted member of the Nazarene Church in Kimberly. As a woman of deep faith, Carol spent many years volunteering with the Salvation Army and Interfaith Caregivers quietly helping those in need. Carol also found great joy in gardening and reading. Carol was preceded in death by her husband, Everett, of 58 years; her parents Margaret Faye and James Blake; sisters Dorothy, Mary, Shirley, Joyce, Margaret, Doris, and Neva; and brothers Joseph and Tom. She is survived by her children, Misty Miller and Joseph (Nicole) Miller; five grandchildren, Madison (Kevin) Cosart, Blas Ortiz, Lily Lopez, Ashley (Wayde) Henderson, and Blake Miller; one great grandchild, Thomas Henderson; and one brother, John Blake. She also leaves behind many other beloved family and dear friends who will miss her deeply. Graveside services will be held at the Hagerman Cemetery on Tuesday, June 30, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. A celebration of life and luncheon will follow at the Kimberly Nazarene Church from 12:00 – 2:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, please donate to the Kimberly Nazarene Church.
