David Cooper

David Boyd Cooper was born February 28, 1951.
On his birthday, Tuesday, February 28, 2023, 10:40pm at the exact age of 72, David slipped peacefully from mortal life, at his home in Twin Falls, Idaho, surrounded by his wife Dianna Ruth (Day) Cooper, his son Duane Leigh Cooper Phillips, and his step-daughter Donita Romero.

His passing was due to complications from a several years-long battle with cancer.

He fought well the good fight.

He was preceded in death by his mother Dorthy Smith in 2022, his father Franklin Duane Cooper in 2021, his sister Rose Olsen in 2016, and his daughter Camille June Cooper in 1990.

and of course their faithful pup Peanut and cat Cleo.

He loved hunting and fishing and serving his fellows.

In the end he was settled with his lot in life and had time to prepare, and was extremely grateful for being able to do everything he had hoped for.

To our Husband, Son, Father, Brother, and Grandfather, we bid, "God be with you 'till we meet again."

Viewing to be held Saturday, March 11, 2023 from 2 to 2:50 pm at the meetinghouse at 847 Eastland Drive North, Twin Falls, Idaho.

Followed by Services from 3 to 4 pm.
