Gale Briggs

January 15, 1947 — August 4, 2023

Gale Kent Briggs, an outgoing figure known for his generous spirit and funny nature, passed away on August 4, 2023. Throughout his life, Gale demonstrated a passion for family, law enforcement, and the great outdoors, leaving an indelible mark on the lives of everyone he encountered.

Born into the loving family of Wayne and Nina Briggs, Gale pursued a career in law enforcement, serving faithfully as a deputy for many years. His dedication to service and justice was only matched by his love for his family and hobbies. Gale also loved driving truck for Doug Andrus for many years and most recently A to B Medical Transport. Gale was a man of many interests, but camping riding motorcycles, and golfing were particularly close to his heart. His most memorable times were those spent with family on camping trips, barbecues, birthdays, holidays, celebrations, and family cruises.

Gale is survived by his spouse, Sandi Briggs; his children Douglas (Jennifer) Briggs, Kevin (Beckey) Briggs, his favorite daughter, Susan Grover, and (JR Grover). His stepchildren; Joyann Galan and Jessica Parker. His grandchildren; Joshua, Jordan, Tyler, Jeremy, Kaylena, Kiara, Lexi, Carissa, Nick, Isaiah, Jonah, and Rayna. His sisters; Donalyn Jorgenson and Janice Weekes. Gale was preceded in death by his parents, Wayne and Nina Briggs, his brother Nolan Briggs, and sister Elaine Briggs.
