Janice Marie Anderson

Janice Marie Anderson, 72 of Twin Falls, Idaho died Monday April 28th, 2025, at home surrounded by her loving family.

She was born on September 17, 1952, in Oakland, California to Sam and Shirley Huck. She moved to Gooding, Idaho for a short period of time and then moved to Hansen, Idaho where she graduated high school. After high school she was married to Lynn Pearson for 20 years and was blessed with her two children, son Jason and daughter Lisa. In 1994 she married Scott Alan Anderson, whom she had been married to for over 30 years, and he was right by her side until she took her very last breath.

Jan held several housekeeping positions throughout her life. She spent 14 years working for the Twin Falls County Courthouse where she worked until she retired in 2015. She was a very hard worker and made many friends during her time at the courthouse.

Jan enjoyed the company of family and friends. She loved to read, and color on her tablet. She loved to watch the game show network, and she loved all types of music and was great at belting out a tune. Jan also loved to support her grandchildren as much as she could as they brought her so much joy.

Jan is survived by her husband Scott of Twin Falls, son Jason (Mindy) Pearson of Meridian, daughter Lisa (Andy) Dobrev of Meridian, four grandchildren Megan, Emily, Sammy and Jamison; sisters Julie (Kevin) Mahler of Twin Falls and Susan (Dale) Barnard of Meridian.

Funeral Services will be held Thursday May 8th at 11:00 am at Rosenau Funeral Home in Twin Falls. There will be a viewing at 10:00 am before the funeral service and then processional and graveside will follow at Sunset Memorial Park.
