She was the sunshine that walked into the room.she was loud, her laugh was contagious, her smile was beautiful and always welcoming. She was sparkle, she was colorful, she was caring, she loved with her whole heart, and helped anyone. She was a warrior, she was a protector.
On Monday, September 28, 2026, Leticia (Letty) Ann Sapien received her angel wings. She was born on January 18, 1978 in Rupert, Idaho to Willie Sapien Jr and Gloria Flores Ramos.
Leti grew up in Burley Idaho. When she turned 18 years old she moved to Moses Lake, Washington. And then moved to Long Beach Washington.
While she was living in Washington she had an adventurous life, she lived life with Venito Trujillo Jr. ( Boo-boo) And in that union they were blessed on July 30, 2004 with her one and only Quincy Venito Trujillo.
Quincy was everything to her he was the air that she breathed, he was the blood that ran through her veins, he was her world.
My sister, Letty, was a free spirit she was definitely one of a kind. She would always say she was growing up in the wrong era because she truly was a 70s type of girl with a sprinkle of anything cool.
She was always the life of the party. She came in through those doors with her big beautiful smile and contagious laughter greeting everyone in sight
My sister is loved by many people. She had a very compassionate spirit, she would never turn her back on anyone. She was loyal and was one to always keep it real.
My sister was a protector and would stand in the way of anyone who tried to hurt or scare someone it didn't matter if you were a family friend or stranger she was never a bully she definitely could not stand for people who bullied others.
If you were feeling down, sick or sad she always looked out for you and would try to cheer you up until you smiled.
Letty loved to cook meals for everyone. She loved to see the expression of her loved ones faces as they took their first delicious bite. She took pride in her cooking and baking skills, she was great at it!
Letty was proceeded in death by her parents, Willie Sapien Jr. and Gloria Ramos, her brother David Sapien, her maternal grandparents Emilio and Rosa Ramos, her paternal grandparents Willie and Castula Sapien and many other relatives. She is survived by her son Quincy Trujillo ( Briahna O'Brien), her sister Melissa Sapien Salinas (Gilbert Vega), her brothers Jeff Ramos, Daniel Sapien, Adam Sapien, many aunts, uncles, cousins and her nieces and nephews.
