Naomi Louise Brown

June 14, 1940 — October 9, 2025

Naomi Louise Brown, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, passed away peacefully on October 9, 2025, surrounded by love. She was born on June 14, 1940, in Twin Falls, Idaho, to Clifford T. and Lucille Qualls. Naomi grew up in Twin Falls, where she attended local schools and graduated from Twin Falls High School in 1958. That same year, she was crowned Miss Twin Falls, a reflection of her grace, beauty, and kind spirit.

In 1958, Naomi met the love of her life, Charles “Chuck” Brown, at the Twin Falls County Fair. The two quickly became inseparable and were married a year later. Together they built a beautiful life and raised three sons — Robert (Rocky), Kerry, and Daron — who were the pride and joy of Naomi’s heart.

Naomi worked in several roles throughout her life, including with the Department of Health and Welfare, but she found her true calling as a secretary at the Episcopal Church, where her kindness, faith, and gentle nature touched many lives. Always devoted to her family, Naomi supported Chuck in every way — even helping raise funds for sports programs at Robert Stuart Junior High School by running the snack bar.

A woman of many talents, Naomi loved painting, art, and spending time outdoors. She had a special fondness for the rodeo community, where she served as secretary for a junior rodeo association and often spoke of how polite and hardworking the young participants were.

Though Naomi faced significant health challenges beginning in her late 40s, she battled them with courage, grace, and unwavering faith. Her strength inspired everyone who knew her.

Naomi’s greatest treasures were her family — 12 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews . She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, and her memory will live on in the hearts of all who loved her.

A celebration of Naomi’s life will be held on Thursday, October 16, 2025, at 3:00 PM at the Episcopal Church, located at 371 Eastland Dr. N., Twin Falls, Idaho. A gathering with food and refreshments will follow the service.

The family welcomes flowers to be sent to the church and kindly requests that donations be made to cancer research.

Naomi will be remembered for her loving heart, her quiet strength, and the light she brought to everyone she met. Her legacy of faith, kindness, and family devotion will continue to shine through the generations she so dearly cherished.
